Made with grapes harvested at full maturity, this natural sparkling Chenin single varietal wine was vinified without any winemaking inputs.

Tasting comments

Appearance: pale gold.

Nose: aromas of hazelnuts and brioche.

Palate: the bubbles are incredibly light and allow the wine to express all its aromas. The finish is soft which makes this sparkling wine very palatable.
