In the lovely hamlet of Les Roches St Paul there is a little gem of the Chinon appellation.
It’s a very fine terroir covering 1 hectare which produces a powerful and fabulously complex wine.
Tasting comments
Appearance: very dark red ruby.
Nose: black fruit aromas and spices are released after aeration.
Palate: rich, with silky tannins and good aromatic length.
