We give our wines all the attention they need.

Once our wines are blended, we bottle them at the most favourable moment. Then we stock them in our cave larved out of the rock under Chinon castle.

The conditions in the cave are ideal for storing Wine - The temperature is constant at 12° C, the hygrometry is 80% with a total absence of vibration.

This cave has an area of 1500 square metres and can stock 150.000 bottles.

The house of  Pierre Plouzeau's new winery gives us the opportunity not only to make our wine wuith the greatest care but also to ensure that it will keep.
This Chinon wine is of a ruby-red color and exudes an aroma of merello cherries and redcurrant. When bottled is well-balanced with an excellent tannic quality. It has a fresh tasted with a hint of liquorice. It shoud served at a temperature of around 15° C and it goes extremely well with dishes served in sauces such as "Coq au Vin".

François Plouzeau's method of cutivation and his knowledge of wine making give this wine, produced from the Sauvignon grappe, all the caracteristics of the soil in which it is grown.
It has a very ligth color and its bouquet or citrus fruit, peach and gun flinthis delightfully surprising. On the palate, one will appreciate the fresh hint of lemon. It is, therefore,  a wine that beautifully accompanies a dish of shell fish.

This wine produced from the flinty clay soils of the Chinon plains is characterised by its delectable bouquet of blackberry married with raspberry and liquorice.
On the palate, the tannin is full and silky. The overall taste lasts and is harmonious.
Of its type, it is a very agreable wine and its aroma is extremely pleasing.
It is best served at a temperature of 14°C with grilled meat.
