Chinon Chapelle
The parcel where wine comes from is conducted thoroughly. After several passages in the vineyard to keep only the best grapes, the harvest is done manually on hand in little cases to better respect the grapes. In the cellar, this wine slowly finishes its fermentation in "demi-muids"(600l barrels). After 12 months minimum in them it's no filtration bottling and stored in our large cellar. The result is a wine of impressive structure, with beautiful red fruit aromas with alcohol and tannins very harmonious. At each sampling, the Chinon out among the best in its class.
Chinon Chateau de la Bonnelière
Here's a Chinon that combines perfectly freshness and the frame of a great wine. Harvested by hand, vinified with great care, it reproduces well the clay and limestone soil.
First we are seduced by the aromas of ripe red fruits. It is the expression of Cabernet Franc harvested at full maturity. After that, this wine coats the palate with rich and elegant tannins and then we refresh us.
we can taste this wine in its youth or wait a few years (3 to 5 years) to take full advantage of its complexity.
CHINON " Rive Gauche "
The Chinon does not always take seriously. This is the case of this wine with very attractive aromas of fresh fruit and spices. Once in the mouth, it's plenty of fruit and freshness. We love this wine and we want more like a real treat.
A share with our friends.
TOURAINE Sauvignon "Les devants de la Bonnelière"
The culture method used by Marc Plouzeau and his knowledge in wine-making gives a Sauvignon typical limestone soil. It's made with natural east.
Color very pale, it surprises us by its rich bouquet of citrus, peach and flint. On the palate, we appreciate slightly lemony freshness. We enjoy it with shellfish.
