Tasting in a Historic place

It is in this beautiful place and history that we offer the best tasting of our wines.
You can admire the cellars dug in the 12th century to build the castle of Chinon. Two pits connecting them directly to the fortress of Chinon which is just above.
This place is also a perfect place for keeping our Chinon. In barrels or bottles, it improves slowly in a quiet, constant temperature (12 degrees) and good humidity.
