Since the takeover of the vineyard from his father in 1999, Marc goes into organic farming in order to respect the environment, protect her health and that of its employees and give the wines the spirit of their land. Today the vineyard of 20 ha is divided into three types of soil (gravel, Clay limestone and flint clay) that give rise to very different wines.
